The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at One Loudoun. This role ensures proper staffing, officer performance, accurate reporting, and strong client communication while maintaining contract compliance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support on-site security officers
- Manage schedules to ensure full coverage and minimize overtime
- Conduct site inspections and enforce post orders
- Serve as on-site liaison with property management and Operations
- Review and validate incident reports and patrol activity
- Ensure accurate use of TrackTik for incident reporting and patrol tours
- Audit patrol checkpoints, timestamps, and compliance
- Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Maintain uniforms, equipment, and site inventory
- Weekly Property inspection report
- Flexible availability, including weekends and after-hour spot checks
- Event management and coordination with event organizers, property management, and marketing departments.
- Supervisory experience (security preferred)
- Working knowledge of TrackTik or similar guard management systems
- Ability to review and understand incident reports and patrol tours
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Requirements:
- VA DCJS Security License
- Valid Driver's License
